The organization was looking to grow OneSight's brand awareness by reaching new audiences and optimizing how potential and existing supporters experienced the brand online. They sought our support to act as a long-term partner in transforming their social media, content, and marketing strategy efforts.

Year over year, we’ve continued to create, implement, and analyze content and strategies across digital touchpoints. Our primary focus has been to forge strong relationships with supporters through deepening brand storytelling and connected multi-channel campaigns.

Using storytelling as a catalyst for impact, Creatively Wired has crafted a powerful collection of evergreen OneSight patient, volunteer, and partner stories for use across brand touchpoints. We’ve also developed content strategies, copy, and creative assets for OneSight’s website, email, social media, community engagement, and internal communications in addition to producing over 70 blog posts. 

Our approach has been to foster ongoing engagement with existing supporters and engage new donors through impact storytelling and strategic communications while collaborating with global team members to ease internal processes.

With our help, OneSight began receiving higher engagement on digital channels and increased traffic across web and social. Internal teams were better equipped to capture and contribute to impact storytelling efforts, and we were able to begin forging deeper connections with supporters through optimized strategies. 

With a transformed approach to OneSight’s organic social media marketing, we began creating compelling content grounded in storytelling, actively engaging with other accounts, and training OneSight’s global team on how to support the expansion of the brand’s social media engagement and reach. In just one year, this new approach grew OneSight's following organically by over 5,000 people across channels and doubled content engagement rates.
